The Power of Partnership

Partner with You Make It and join a movement dedicated to empowering young women and reshaping the future of work. Together, we’ll strengthen your commitment to a fair, inclusive workforce, and enhance your reputation as an actively anti-racist organisation where every employee feels valued and empowered.

Most importantly, our work connects you with a talent pool of ambitious, creative, and highly motivated young women ready to bring fresh ideas and unique perspectives to your business. Partner with us to support young women and, in doing so, help build a brighter, more equitable workplace for the next generation.

Success Stories

Images and names have been changed to provide anonymity but our stories are real.

It’s changed the language we use from fear and negativity and how not to do the wrong thing, to how we can positively do the right thing!
